OMG you gotta be kidding me...laughed my head off. was it serious?? it's like those theories that sound true and probably are true, but one can never tell..lol
yah, a postdoc showed it at our school's fly meeting. everyone thought it was a documentary. i think there was prob only one study done on spiders that is Noever et al 1995, where the author showed spider web patterning goes way out when the spider was treated with caffeine.
